Reach funding delivers funding to improve access and support for educationally disadvantaged learners participating in community education programmes across Ireland. The primary focus of the funding is on widening participation by key target groups and building skills, while offering educational opportunities through simplified pathways and the possibility of moving forward in FET and beyond.
Mullingar 4 All is delighted to announce that our application has been provisionally approved for funding and it is hoped that this will cover 2 safety workshops and a 4 week course focusing on sustainability. Our target group is refugees and international protection applicants. Should all documentation be satisfactory we should be able to deliver these courses before the end of the year.
Mullingar 4 All would like to thank LWETB for all their assistance, which will enable the group to provide educational supports for our target group and hope that this will lead to better opportunities in the future for the group.
